Replacing 35 amp mercury relays with solid state relays is easy!
Use a 50 amp IDEC solid state relay (Part Number RSSAN-50A) with appropriate heatsink (we suggest Part Number RH545B). We can give you a packaged price of $29.50 - contact me for more information at

Coil voltage to the SSR is 90 to 280 volt, line voltage is up to 480 volt.
It is important to keep the SSR/heatsink temperature below 130°F to give the solid state relay long life.

All existing FL1D programs can be downloaded to FL1E with no modifications necessary! You
simply need to select new CPU in the software.
