Class1, Division 2 KVM  Extenders from Pepperl & Fuchs are available thru Marshall Wolf Automation.  KVM extenders are small hardware devices that consist of a transmitter and
receiver unit.  KVM extenders provide the ability to send keyboard, video, and touch screen or mouse signals over long distances.  The KVM extender provides hardware safety and protection by allowing placement of computers and servers in a single centralized location, away from any environmental hazards.  This gives more flexibility for PC based applications and low end graphics found in standard operator interfaces.

KVM extenders from Pepperl & Fuchs are unique in that they are hazardous area rated for Division 2.  The extenders are available in three versions:  VGA to Cat 5, DVI to Cat 5 and DVI to Fiber Optic.
