Basically this is a non-contact unit for the transmission of electrical signals.

The Leuze DLSP 160S can be used in tough industrial environments (particularly where movement is unavoidable) because the transmission method involves no contact and is insensitive to interference.

All types of vehicles including rack handling vehicles and warehouse transport systems can be effectively controlled without trailing cables and problematic sliding contacts!

Additional ideal applications are automatic guided vehicle systems (AGVS), trolley conveyors, optical data storage systems and all types of handling systems.
