The two I have in front of me are about Caryl and Scott. I want to say that I have seen compliments for every person in our sales department including Dave, Lin, Amy and Heather. I will be sure to post future ones about them as well!
The first I am going to share is from a first-time customer that had a Hatco oven with a Durakool mercury relay on it. He had emailed us looking for a cross reference (we are a large MDI mercury relay distributor).
Here was his response to the email Caryl had sent to him:
'I have not yet gone to your link with the mercury relay information but just wanted to say that I never cease to be impressed by the quality of the people - how much they care about what they do - that work in this country. For some obscure guy in the foothills of America to come up with this type of request and then have it answered in a matter of hours speaks highly of you and those around you in your company. I can't say enough good things. Thanks.'
