I received an email today from Panasonic warning distributors and customers about counterfeit products being sold as genuine Panasonic servos.

A few of the characteristics of these counterfeit Panasonic servos include:

• Panasonic brand name with incorrect font type, size and/or color
• Missing barcodes
• Missing nameplates
• Using different materials (casting vs. resin)

This is another great reason to buy from authorized distributors... have I mentioned
