As previously blogged, Patlite has recently released the AR-070 and AR-078 explosion proof light towers.

These explosion safe versions of the popular Patlite LCE-U (40mm) and LME-U (60mm) industrial light towers are rated for Class 1, Zone 2 and Zone 22 (European ATEX standard).

These new Patlite explosion proof light towers include a fiberglass-reinforced polyester base, a 1.5 meter cable and a sealed cable exit.

The Patlite AR-070 and AR-078 can be top or side mounted using the right-angle bracket included.

They can be used in damp and dusty location with ingress protection ratings of IP65 (without alarm/flashing) and IP54 (with alarms/flashing).

These explosion proof light towers are stackable up to 5 colors; red, amber, green, blue and clear.
