Leuze Electronics proudly unveils the BCL 548i, the only bar code reader which integrates PROFINET.  With the integrated PROFINET interface, the BCL 548i can be connected directly to a control eliminating the usual path through an additional gateway. This allows users to operate the device easily with the control. The device is configured by choosing modules directly from the control and transferring them directly to the device. If you need to change the device, the configuration can be easily taken over by the new device. The integrated switch function enables users to connect more devices to the BCL 548i.

Configuration and alignment are simple and easy with a transparent and well-structured presentation of the values in a multi-language display. The menu navigation is easy to use and is controlled using four buttons. A quick overview of the device status is possible with the addition of two LEDs.
